Are your prices negotiable?

Yes. While our pricing tables are meant to give you a good idea as to what we charge, we understand every client has different needs and every project is different. We always do our best to work within your budget while delivering the quality you expect from a professional agency.

Do I own the rights to my pictures, video, or virtual tours once they are complete?

Absolutely. Once we are finished with your project, we deliver the digital files over to you and they are yours to keep. If we would like to use any of your pictures or video for our site or social media we will ask your permission first.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and digital payments such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

When is payment due?

Payment is due after we capture the images and or video we need to start your project. For larger projects that may take more time to complete we require a downpayment to secure your position in our calendar and payment is due in installments.

How are images and videos delivered to me?

Typically we provide you a secure Google Drive link where you can download all the final images and videos related to your project.
